OCSC: Why do you sail?

CR: Quiet is good for your health -- mental as well as physical. The opportunity to introduce others to sailing is a rewarding experience.

OCSC: What do you enjoy about working at OCSC?

CR: Camaraderie of the staff, leadership of the owners and management team and the exciting sailing location.

OCSC: What's your sailing background?

CR: I took basic sailing while in the Navy stationed on Guam. Instructed sailing at the Navy sailing clubs in Guam and Treasure Island. Continued learning to sail at OCSC since 1997. US Cruising Instructor & USCG licensed.

OCSC: When you're not sailing, what can we find you doing?

CR: I enjoy family fun with wife, kids and grand kids, tennis.

OCSC: What are your top five sailing books of all time?

CR: I enjoy reading the US Navy Bluejackets Manual, The Sailing Life, Come Aboard, East Ward And Sea Terms Copy Right 1927-1942.
