Spectacular Sailing "Down Under"

On the Northeast coast between Queensland and the Great Barrier Reef lie the "100 Magic Miles" of the Whitsunday Islands. They offer all the fun of the "Land Down Under" with warm air and sea, fabulous beaches, and moderate winds. Our itinerary will allow for a side trip to the Great Barrier Reef, home of the best diving and snorkeling in the world.

Tucked between Australia's tropical Queensland peninsula and the protective fringe of the Great Barrier Reef, you'll discover 70 islands and countless anchorages linked by short and relaxing hops. It's easy to be comfortable in this warm climate with trade winds of 10 to 25 knots and line-of-sight navigation. At every point of the compass, you'll find sights you'll remember for a lifetime. Evolution took a unique and colorful course in this remote continent. From delicate whelks to majestic whales, marine life is abundant and amazing in this island-flecked sea.
